1) I'll be moving to Gainesville (having been a long time fan of the place) in a few months and was wondering what where the best apartments around? I am looking for a price range of 450-560/one bedroon. I have been on all the usual sites to look at prices and such but wanted to get a better perspective from someone who lives in apartments over there.

2) I know that there is a good music scene in G-ville, goth, indie, what-have-you, but is there a rockabilly or psychobilly scene there? Just curious.
